This conference - a meeting of teachers, professors and specialists of physics and astronomy and some students from all over the world- was the first of its kind. Experiences, advances and developments in the project Hands-On-Universe should have been exchanged.
It took place in Munich, Germany at the "Deutsches Museum" (but also two times at the Technical University of Munich) and started Thursday the 20th of July and ended up Tuesday, 25th of July. Between these days - the first enthusiastically expected, the last day full of farewell- a huge amount of information was given by many interesting speakers.
A lot of contact was made and will be very useful for the world of HOU in the future. The future itself will be full of possibilities for the members and hopefully the next conference will become the same success like this first one.
